Jay is a guy who likes to investigate and explore paranormal activity.

I have been on a number of investigations around the North East of England, haunted monasteries, abbeys, ruins, abandoned railways, public houses. You name it I have done it. One of the most atmospheric places I have investigated was a place near Richmond ( North Yorkshire ) called Easby Abbey. The place was charged with residual energy. So much so that one of the persons who was with me was lifted 4ft in the air and thrown forwards. There will be more about this later.

I also have a resident medium here at Poltercast Hall her name is Lady Sarah Jane, Yes thats right she is legally a lady. The wonders of deed poll. Lady Sarah will be at Poltercast hall every Thursday to answer any Emails about the paranormal. Lady Sarah is an excellent Clairvoyant.

I have the gift of being able to see and possibly contact spirits as well.
